My insurance and I were sued recently for personal injury resulting from an auto accident. I did have liability insurance and my insurance company hasdecalred me to be NOT at fault. So they have a lawyer assigned to the case for my defense.
I also went to my personal lawyer and he says that he can instead defend me alongwith filing a counter cuit for my damages. And if for some reason, we lose, and the insurance co. has to payout anything then they will file a counterclaim.
Does this scenario make sense? or should I just have the insurance co. lawyers defend me. While I have my personal lawyer sue for any damages etc.?
MSAD, is it possible for my attorney to file a counter suit for my damages? and ofcourse the insurance attoryney can then just defend me.

I think that my son may have allergies. His nose runs alot and he coughs but with no other symptoms. We've given him Benadryl off and on but I'm not sure if it's working. What do you give your toddlers?
My son will be 2 in August. I'm going to call his dr and see what they recommend but also want to see what others give their kids….

I just found out tonight I'm pregnant with my second, and I just wanted to know if the pregnancy was easier/harder for people with their 2nd kids as opposed to the first.

They're giving me alot of BS and dragging this out. It happened 3 months ago. Their claims dept. won't pay my medical bills or my lost wages. I know I should probably see a lawyer, but what kind should I get? I called a personal injury lawyer, but they only take on cases where there is a viable injury. I'm OK now. Just had lower back pain for a few weeks after the accident. Please HELP!?!?!

If you're with your partner then all of a sudden brake up. Can she just make you pay child support, even if she doesn't want you seeing kid and she wants to raise it? how much is child support and how does it work?
What if you sign a paper saying you don't wanna pay child support but lose visitation rights how, do you have to do that before kid is born? how does that work?
