(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...Im not tired but my eyes get really red. As they get my allergies start getting worse. Its not something in my room because it happens everywhere I go, even different cities. Any ideas?
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...My ex and i lived in an apartment for 4 years, both names are on the lease, no longer are we together and my ex has moved out. He no longer pays his half of the rent and we have a 6mth old child. I am considering child support becasue i am not able to afford rent alone and support my child. Would child support include his half of the rent because our child lives here as well. I am currently facing evicition. Remember his name is on the lease!
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...Last August, I was involved in a pretty horrific accident. A woman ran over myself and 4 of my friends, killing one of them. We were all pedestrians. I had to wait until the trial was over and she was sentenced (guilty of 2nd degree manslaughter + 4 counts of 3rd degree assault). Trial finally ended about two months ago, and my lawsuit began last month.
With this being such a seemingly cut and dry lawsuit, I was wondering on average they take to settle. My lawyers are suing her insurance company (AllState).
I’m hoping that the lawsuit will end fairly soon — despite having no-fault insurance claims, I’ve been stuck paying most of the medical bills because AllState isn’t; and it’s causing me to go bankrupt.
