Is the Democrats Healthcare bill designed solely to provide Trial Lawyers unlimited access to taxpayer’s money?

Filed under: trial lawyer — admin @ 11:59 pm

Is the idea of helping the uninsured just a big sham?

Is this whole thing about getting passed doctor’s resistance to pay high malpractice liabilities and open up tax payer funded coffers to the greedy ambulance chasing Trial Lawyers?

As if John Edwards is not rich enough?

I guess then there will truly be two Americas?

  1. No. It is aimed at improving the health of the nation.

FACT – the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet.

FACT – the US has higher death rates for kids aged under five than western European countries with universal health coverage.

That means that a dead American four year old would have had a better chance of life if they were born in Canada, France, Cuba, Germany, Japan etc, all of which have universal health coverage.

  2. I’m sure one or two people will get health insurance out the deal as well.

  3. Wow… you and Ann Coulter just can’t quit hating John Edwards for even a second, can you?

What do trial lawyers have to do with healthcare?

This question just doesn’t really make any sense.

I’m a Democrat and I voted for Obama, but I HATE what he is doing with Healthcare… He is inviting the Fox to guard the henhouse by letting all the big insurance companies decide how it’s all going to go…

For many of us – we think that the Privatized Insurance companies are the main source of all the mismanaged bureaucracy and expense in healthcare.

  4. It became quite clear when Obama stated that he would not reform tort laws with his health care reform…. Fact is the biggest expense of health care is significantly due to law suits. So, since he is not going to put caps across the US with regards to tort laws- then it proves he is going to protect the lawyers not the health care professionals.
