I filled my Canadian tax refund via snail mail on March 19th, 2009, with the option for refund to be submitted direct deposit.
Has anyone submitted around that date and have received their refund already?

Keep waiting, normally paper tax return needs more processing time.

I submitted two clients returns the first week of March and they had paper cheques within two weeks.
The fastest way, efile/netfile, direct deposit, early in the tax season.
The slowest way, paper return mailed, paper cheque, last two weeks of the season.
