I recently got a replacement phone and my new SIM had none of my contacts on it (T-Mobile). Could the T-Mobile salesman have transferred info to my new SIM card/phone or is it normal to always start with a new slate (contact-wise)?

Do they know that such statements have potential for mistrial and that the defense lawyer can use such statements to show trial needs to be thrown out because its all pre-decided and that "innocent until proven guilty" was never applied.
Why Obama/Holder try to play the role of juror? it can easily end up as mistrial because of their statements alone

It has been 4 1/2 years since the initial child support amount was established and my ex’s salary has more than doubled. I am a teacher and can not afford an attorney. Section 2531
To the extent and in the
5 amounts made available in advance in appropriations
6 Acts, the Secretary shall make an incentive payment,
7 in an amount determined by the Secretary, to each
8 State that has an alternative medical liability law in
9 compliance with this section. Provided that:…
** C. the law does not limit attorneys’ fees
or impose caps on damages.***
Translation: The "Secretary" will deny the State funds if they have any laws on the book that limit the attorney’s fees"
Now.. Exactly what does this have to do with making Health Care more affordable?
