Umm i dont understand fully what your saying but i think your TRYING to say this…
Nop! The only way your getting a contract mobile phone is if you get a sim card witch is on a contract then you will get a phone for FREE!
But if you mean this aswell — Say your moms got a old contract phone that she dosent use then yes you can put your pay as you go simcard into the old contract phone!
