It will be amazing to me if I get a good answer to this! My question is important to me, and I will appreciate your answer. Thanks.

  1. Check out Jackson TN. It is an upcoming town, TN has no income tax, and I do not believe the expense of buying or renting a home is unrealistic.

  2. Please give your points to the first poster. My sister lives in Jackson for exactly the reasons you describe.

It is low crime and very affordable housing. Of course, I live in CA so everything seems to me to be low cost. In 2004, we found a fixer 3 br for under 20,000 USD.

For me, it is too far from the ocean but I have visited several times and cant agree more.
