Hello I was just wandering if anyone had any tips for a beginner beekeeper. I am think about getting a hive and some bees. I have been doing alot of research and it really sounds interesting!! Any advice would be appreciated!! Links too if you have em.

ask at your County Extension Service office about a beekeeping class.. there, you will learn stuff that’s not in the books…. they’ll also hook you up with another keeper and you’ll be able to go see how he does it…. you get lots of suggestions and knowhow from these folks!!… nothing like having someone SHOW YOU….. good luck… we need more happy bees!!…..
