My 5 year old wants to know when is GOD’s birthday.?

my daughter understands when jesus’s birthday is, but has recently been asking when is GOD’s birthday. How do i explain this to her? She isn’t happy with, “honey, GOD doesn’t have a birthday”.

  1. Just tell her that God isn’t like us and has never set foot on the earth and that he was the one who invented time (in a sense he did), and take it from there. I don’t know otherwise. It was only 10 years ago that I was aking that question.

  3. He doesn’t have one. He was never created or born. Of course Jesus did but we don’t really know for sure when it is. Christmas, December 25, is a day picked out to celebrate it.

  9. Tell her that EVERY DAY is God’s B’day and she should sing him happy birthday everyday. At least that will get her in the habit of talking to God everyday.

  10. You can tell her, He has no beginning and no end. Without a beginning, He can have no birthday.

If there was a God, that is.

  12. God has no beginning or end.

Heb.7:3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.

    Christ was born September 29, 2 B.C.

    Christ baptism October 14, A.D. 29

    Christ was crucified April 3, A.D. 33

    Christ’s divine conception was December 25, 3 B.C.

  14. God is alpha and omega; the begining and the end. But we acknowledge him through His only begotten son,Jesus Christ.
And celebrate his birthday at Christmas.
