The cashier was a cutie and the split-second she saw I was a little bit confused about the change, she smiled and cheerfully said, “Y’all come back now honey!”
It took me three states before I finally figured out what happened.

no, i don’t think most people do it on purpose. it was just a common mistake. this has never happened to me, cause i know to watch people carefully, my brother used to rip people off all the time, he also worked at a gas station, he would never give them their whole amount of change back. he made alot of money from that, but it was wrong and will probably catch up with him someday down the road. so, knowing him made me be very cautious of people giving me back my change, most the time it is a common mistake, but there are those bum holes that will do iton purpose and the name for that is stealing!
