Do I have to give my soon to be ex wife any amount of my tax refund? What about the following taxes?

Im divorcing around November 29 2009. My wife seems to think she is entilted to a portion of my return. She also mentioned to me that 2010 I will have to claim her and the kids (3 kids). Im not so sure she is right. By next years taxes we would have been divorced for a year.

Repayment of defaulted loan after tax refund garnishment?
