I wasn’t born in the states, I immigrated a few years ago, and am attending college right now.
I wanna have a career that is related to law in the future, such as a legal secretary or a lawyer, but I am concerned that my imperfect english is going to be an obstacle for me in the future.
I am trying my best to be perfect in english, but I know that it is not going to be done in a few years or so.
It is easier for me to work with lawyers that speak my native language, but I want to challenge same as other US born people.
However, honestly, it seems almost impossible for me to be a trial lawyer.
But there are many other types of lawyers as far as I know, and I would like to know what kind of qualifications can help me to find a career in the field of law.
Skills that can be beneficial for me, so that even my language won’t be a problem, such as an excellent computer skill or so on…

Hi My lawyer want to book trial dates and he sent a consent letter to defendent lawyer and now almost a month the defendent lawyer did not reply yet.My lawyer also send a reminder notice but he did not reply.
Please tell me what is my next step or what can I do ?????
Thanks for your answer and I got a driection such a bad time with the insurance companies. They make the law only for common people and for the Insurance they always break it. Who is going to fight with those insurance companies

nope my kids are 5 and 6 and beg their dad to let them have more time with me but since dads wife says no that must be dads answer or he has to sleep outside in the car. its rediculous!!!!!

Maybe al gore and similar clowns can be sued for fraud. Businesses and even individuals can sue for lost revenue as a result of the global warming scam. Taxpayers can try to get reimbursed as well. Defendents could be the Media, Al Gore, the ClimateGate lying scientists, left-wing politicians, vairous authors, various governments, the UN, etc.

Will these global warming fraudsters be destroyed financially as well as politically and professionally?

Section 2531(4)b — reads:

So talk about no special interest groups getting in the way of the Democrats bill. It would lower our costs tremendously if medical malpractice was reduced in the bill, or at least capped for Doctors. Instead it’s a sell out, where is the transparency that the White House talked about? No wonder they didn’t want to post this bill online.
Charlie Bucket – You miss the point, TX already has laws limiting Mal Practice and it has reduced costs by 17% for Doctors and Insurance Co. which has been passed on to the consumer.
