I do not really know what else to say. This has been an absolutely ridiculous and absurd waste of my time and money. For a month now, I have not participated with the “unlimitetd to go” service(if that’s what it’s supposed to be,a service)for over a month now.Don’t even waste your time sending me ANOTHER computer generated “Oh were sorry, you’ve been escelated”message. Also, if you guys keep track of these feedbacks, you’ll notice that I have been waiting now over a month for some #$@&in service.All I keep getting are those ridiculous “escelation” notices, hell, I’ve been “escelated so much I oughta be either kickin’ it with J.C. and St. Peter by now.Or “escelated on up to the asst. v.p. of some frickin dept. you all have somewhere.How much higher do I have to be “escelated” before SOMEONE @ YAHOO can tell me what to do to fix this playback engine,DRM,WMP,non-working crap.This is it,fix it or GIVE ME A MONTHS PAYMENT BACK.Basically, your taking my money and I’m getting NOTHING.(Last time I checked,I believe they call that THEFT,or at least some five dollar phrase some lawyer can come up with,mis-represented product or something fancy)So whats the possibility of either getting a months refund and fixing my service, or just cutting it off and lets call it a day.This is taking just WAY to long. Everytime you guys “escelate” me on up the ladder,then tell me someone will take care of the problem in 24 days,I mean hours,I get an e-mail from some schmuck telling me to go to microgates web-site and fix it my self by reading a knowledgebase article or some white paper or something for gods sake.I’m trying really hard not to be a cussing redneck or whatever, but a person can only shell out money for NOTHING for so long without getting a little P.O.d
So basically, DO NOT BILL ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH IF YOU CAN’T GIVE ME A PRODUCT THAT FUNCTIONS>
