Could someone please explain to me (in some detail) the steps for downloading a file from the net, including a zipped file (WinZip), unzipping the file, and uploading it to my server with an FTP program (FileZilla). I have been drying to upload a template and some plugins to my WP site. These are all new to me and I have difficulty to work it out

im trying to upload my stuff with an ftp client but because im a caveman when it comes to serious computer stuff i need major help a website or something also I cant use the free wordpress thing because its for my business

I’m looking for a free gallery where I can upload batch files through FTP, make a folder private or require a password to view… something like that, and easy to customize the template too. Also easy to integrate in wordpress if possible…
Is there any advantages and inconvenients with those 2 galleries?
