If blond, red, and light brown hair and blue, green, grey and hazel eyes and light skin are recessive, how did they become so common among those of European descent? Did geography play a role in this adaptation? Perhaps due to climate that is colder and more cloudy most of the time they developed less pigment in their skin, hair and eyes?

Is it common for the surgical pen (attatched to a broken leg)to poke thru the skin?
My cat recently broke her back right femur in 5 seperate splinters and had to have a surgical pen adhered to the bone with wires. How common is it for it to shift up and actually pierce thru the skin? Does this happen often in the mediacl industry, in humans or animals? What could have caused it?
I did take the cat to the vet, silly. He supposed to one of the best orthapedic surgens in my area. He has fixed it, but now I’m afraid of infection and/or it happening again. I have in a medium sized crate and got her comfortable.. But anyone out their that is surgen.. is this common?

Maintaining eyebrow color?
I have naturally black eyebrows and lashes even though my hair color is a light to medium brown. Normally this is fine, but I’m thinking about going to a honey blond color, and they’re going to stand out too much, especially on my pale skin.
When I was in high school, I used facial hair bleach to lighten them. The prob was that after a while, when bleaching to get rid of the “roots” which REALLY stood out, I ended up getting them too light.
How can I avoid this if I try it again? I don’t want “calico” brows again!
I don’t want to have to draw them on if I make a mistake; I don’t want to be one of those people whose face disappears if they get wet.
