I’ve been reading her stuff on the HKS/Anna story, and I think she’s written before, but I can’t think of what. Nothing comes up in google except her blog, but I really think I’ve read something in real time, I just can’t remember what. Heres the blog: http://janedevin.wordpress.com
Who is she???? It’s driving me nuts.
Crazy, that doesn’t help…she just said on her blog that its a pen name. But its like reading Ann Rice or somebody like that…you just know who it is. Its like that. A very strong voice. The only clues are a story she has on their about Vincent Vangough (sp?) and their shared birthday. VV was born March 30. And she’s form MN…or thats’ what she has in her bio. I was just hoping somebody would recognize whose voice it is. Oh, and she might be a poet? She has poetry in her story. Any of this help?

I have relocated to a Zone 5 climate (from a Zone 10). Yeah, that’s a story for another day….
Anyway, I really like to garden, and am hoping to start up a veggie and cut-flower garden eventually. I’m thinking that it would be a great idea for me to start budgeting for a nice greenhouse for not only starting seed (my preferred method of growing) but also for extending the season for different items that might otherwise not do well in an early winter or a chilly spring.
Anybody have recommended web-sites or readings that helped YOU out when you started your greenhouse? I’m overwhelmed by all the info out there.

I have been following the story of Pat Tillman the ex-NFL player who was killed by friendly fire in Iraq, They just had a peice about him on Sportscenter and his fellow soldiers said that they were told by the Govt to keep thier mouths shut about it,even though they knew that he wasn’t killed by the terrorist and it was friendly fire that killed him. Why couldn’t the Govt just tell the truth in the first place..I mean 3 investigations later and we find out they lied to us yet again. I know that propaganda probably played a huge role in it but doesn’t it make things alot worse when we find out that it was just a huge coverup? What does everyone else think about this?

They told them to remain quiet about the fact that they knew he wasn’t killed by terrorists and they still went ahead and said that during his funeral. They wanted to use the story as propaganda to get people to sympathize with the cause.
